Edublog Awards

Irish education bloggers are everywhere in the edublog awards shortlist. We’re all over that baby like a rash, despite the fact that this is an international competition. The awards aim to recognise and celebrate the vibrant online community of educators worldwide who share their passion, expertise and experiences online as we try – and sometimes fail – to be the best teachers we can possibly be.

I’ve been nominated in two categories – Best Teacher Blog and Most Influential Blog Post (for my Open Letter to Ruairi Quinn). If you’d like to vote for me you can do so below by clicking on the up arrow (that looks like this – ^ – ) beside the number of votes received (to quote Mrs. Doyle, “go on go on go on go on go on”)… – I’m currently number 4 in Best Teacher Blog (I think this list is organised by number of votes received) and number 1 in Most Influential Blog Post. You can only vote once, so check out the other Irish entries first in case there’s someone else you’d rather vote for!
